I combine my work as an artist with coaching individuals with autism and other vulnerabilities who are transitioning from special education to further study, work, or day programmes.

As a transfer coach, I support young adults in developing self-reliance and confidence across key life areas: housing, education, work, wellbeing, relationships, and social participation. Safety and trust are central. I listen attentively, take the time that’s needed, and focus on strengthening self-confidence and a positive outlook.

My strength-based approach helps young people recognise their abilities and build practical skills towards greater independence. I combine creative methods with practical grounding, as unconventional thinking often opens unexpected doors. My background as an artist enriches this process, offering structure, inspiration, and perspective tailored to each individual’s path.

I draw on my studio practice, experience with digital media, network in the cultural sector, and knowledge of Amsterdam’s care network to guide young adults as they navigate this crucial transition towards genuine independence and social inclusion.
