The Printer Dragon

Amsterdam 2025

Together with Rik Lina, I spent a full day carefully dismantling an inkjet printer. Every part was taken apart and laid out on the table in my studio.

A week later we worked for another day, arranging the components until the shape of a dragon slowly emerged. When the dragon was complete, we discovered a small pearl among the parts. At that moment, the dragon seemed ready to rise from the table and chase after it.
